OARS Celebrates our 1000th Adoption!

We are truly blessed this holiday season to celebrate a true HOLIDAY MIRACLE! Our sweet, beautiful girl, Miracle, has been adopted, and it was our 1,000th adoption!

Our sweet Miracle came to us months ago and has been in loving foster care homes since. She is a loving soul, despite having a rough start to life. She was found malnourished, and her tail was improperly docked. A wonderful person took her in, brought her to a vet for repair on her tail, and gave her a second chance at life. Miracle truly IS a miracle, and we are blessed that her foster home took such wonderful care of her and that a loving new forever family found her and brought her into their lives!

Here are snapshots from our beautiful, magical 1,000th adoption!

Kitty Perry: Proof that semi-feral kittens can be tamed!

Kitty Perry came to OARS as a wild little semi-feral kitten...she ran from us, hid and could barely be touched. After weeks of holding her, petting her, playing with her and all-around giving her as much love as possible, she is now a happy, healthy, friendly little lovebug! This sweetheart is now available for adoption and ready for her forever home. Take a look at this sweet girl now!

OARS gets in the holiday spirit!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Orphan Animal Rescue Holiday Open House with Santa on Saturday! We are so thankful for those of you who brought much-needed donations for the homeless pets in our care. We are 100% donation-supported and could not do this without your support! Take a look at how our volunteers and our homeless pets are getting into the holiday spirit!
